We read it properly
An estimator looks at the drawings, not a form-filler. If something is missing, you get one short email asking for it.

A site visit if it needs one
Anything structural, or anything we cannot price honestly from a photograph, gets measured. No charge inside the GTA.

A line-item price
Materials, fabrication, finish, delivery and installation shown separately, with a lead time and what we need from you.
- 04
Drawings for approval
On acceptance, shop drawings and connection details go to you and your engineer before anything is cut.
