Miscellaneous metals is the line on a tender that gets split across three suppliers and arrives in the wrong order. Keeping it in one shop means the mezzanine, its stair, its guards, the bollards outside and the rooftop dunnage are drawn together, delivered together and installed by the same crew.
We price from your drawings or your list, and we will tell you where a standard section does the job of a custom one.

Do mezzanines need a permit?
Most do. We provide the drawings and arrange the engineering review so your permit application has what it needs.
Can you supply grating and hatches only?
Yes. Cut-to-size grating, hatches and small items are available as supply only.
How fast can you do bollards?
Standard bollards are usually installed within a week or two of the order.

Floor levels, opening, headroom and the structure around it. No charge inside the GTA.
Drawing
Approve
A shop drawing showing the work against your levels, sent for your and your engineer's sign-off.
Visit 2
Install
Sections delivered and field welded. One to three days for a typical residential job.
Visit 3
Finish
Welds ground, coating touched up, guard checked, and the site left clean.
