What we do with what you send.
Short version: we use it to price and do your job, and nothing else.
What we collect. When you use the quote form we receive the name, company, email address, phone number, project location and details you type in. When you call or email us, we keep the correspondence needed to do the work.
What we use it for. Pricing, drawing, fabricating and installing your job, and answering your questions about it. We do not add you to mailing lists, run follow-up campaigns, or sell or share your details with anyone outside the people working on your project, such as your engineer when you ask us to coordinate with them.
Where it lives. Form submissions are stored securely with our website host and in our email. This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Your theme preference (light or dark) is kept in your own browser and never leaves it.
How long. Project records are kept for as long as we may need them to support the work, including warranty and inspection questions. If you would like your details removed earlier, email info@kortexwelding.ca and we will do it.
